Enrollment Process
We are thrilled at the prospect of working with you. Below you will find an outline of what you can expect throughout your admission and registration process.
The Interview:
An initial interview is required for all new enrollments as a standard practice to help determine if the family/student and learning center will be a good fit. Parents and children must attend the interview together. At the time of the interview families will receive a tour of the facility as well as a copy of the learning center’s Handbook. During the interview we will review the center’s policies and procedures.
Required Documentation and Forms
After completing the interview and determining that we are a good fit, the following documentation is required prior to admission and care. The following required documents may be required to be updated each year as they are required by state law.
Medical Conditions & Medications
Required Documentation and Forms
If your child has a health condition please be sure it is noted in your health statement. In addition if your child requires medication administration while in our care, a medication administration authorization form must be signed by you and a medical provider.
Allergies/Asthma:
An action plan and required medication authorization (signed by medical provider) needed to treat condition are required prior to first day of care.
All forms/documents must be completed or submitted by the required date or before the first day of care unless otherwise specified.
